We offer an online self-paced learning experience with a focus on creating practical strategies, and connecting you with the resources and expertise you need to inspire today's diverse students to achieve excellence.
Completing our Multilingual Creative Classrooms Professional Development Course will contribute up to 4 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accredited professional development.
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• increase their confidence and competence to use the arts and creative learning strategies at all stages of learning, especially when teaching culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) learners
• strengthen their ability to understand the cultural context for CALD students, and apply this to all stages of learning
• maintain and strengthen multilingual literacies in CALD learners
• strengthen literacy pedagogy, particularly for speakers of other languages.
