Completing our Multilingual Creative Classrooms Professional Development Course will contribute up to 4 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accredited professional development.

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

• increase their confidence and competence to use the arts and creative learning strategies at all stages of learning, especially when teaching culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) learners

• strengthen their ability to understand the cultural context for CALD students, and apply this to all stages of learning

• maintain and strengthen multilingual literacies in CALD learners

• strengthen literacy pedagogy, particularly for speakers of other languages.
