Kangatraining for mums and bubs

No need for a babysitter!

Kangatraining is a postnatal dance based aerobic workout designed for building cardiovascular fitness and restrengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after having a baby. Mums exercise with babies enjoying being close to them in a suitable baby carrier. 

Kangatraining runs on Saturday mornings on 2, 9 and 16 December, and then for 8 weeks commencing 27 January 2017.
